The application is written in HTML, Javascript and CSS. It should be run in an up to date
browser (tested under Chrome 4, Firefox 3, IE 7 and IE 8). All files from the zipped folder
should be extracted to the same folder making sure to maintain the directory structure. To 
execute, simply run the index.html file in one of the listed browsers. The website itself
is also hosted at http://www.gotdibbs.net/school/riskcalc/FINAL/ for ease of access.
